The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi
As NASA's leader center for rocket propulsion testing and earth sciences, Stennis Space Center boasts the single largest concentration of oceanographers and hydrographers in the world. With master's and doctorate degrees in marine science and a specialized master's degree in hydrographic science, the Division of Marine Science located at Stennis will offer a new bachelor's degree in marine science in Fall 2007.
