These online forms need to be completed when student organizations need a meeting space, plan a tabling event (bake sale or information table) and host on-campus events. 

Promotion for Student Organization Events

  • Student organization flyers for meetings, tabling activities and/or large events must be approved by the Division of Student Affairs.
