Community Health Workers – Transforming Communities through Trust, Compassion, and Commitment 

The Center for Sustainable Health Outreach (CSHO) at The University of Southern Mississippi, with support from Sanofi US, NeedyMeds, Mariposa Community Health Center Platicamos Salud, Center for Health Impact ™ (formerly known as Central Massachusetts AHEC, Inc.), MHP Salud, Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, CHW Network of NYC  and Community Resources, LLC., held its 13th annual Unity conference July 12-15, 2015 at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee. Unity 2015 is a national conference designed for and about community health workers. The theme for the 2015 conference was “Community Health Workers – Transforming Communities through Trust, Compassion, and Commitment.”
