MS Center for Clinical and Translational Research

 

The Mississippi Center for Clinical and Translational Research (MCCTR) seeks to improve the health of Mississippians by providing the infrastructure needed to support obesity-related research across its three partner institutions, the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Tougaloo College, and The University of Southern Mississippi.  

The University of Southern Mississippi manages the Community-Engaged Research Core (CEnR) of the MCCTR. Kathy Yadrick, PhD, RD, associate dean in the College of Health, is USM’s PI for the MCCTR. She can be reached at m.yadrick@usm.edu.

Funded by the NIH National Institute of General Medicine Sciences, the MCCTR extends professional development opportunities to USM faculty engaged in or interested in developing obesity research.

These opportunities include:
