“Fraternity Row is a residential community for male upperclassmen initiated into their respective fraternities, that provides a close-knit community for the chapters. The Row is comprised of 9 respective Fraternity houses, they are: Phi Kappa Tau, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Kappa Sigma, Pi Kappa Alpha, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Delta Tau Delta, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Nu, and Alpha Tau Omega. Like the chapters that call them home, each house is unique, all having their own history, floor plan, and personality. Starting this Fall (2022), each house will also have a Resident Assistant just like the other communities on campus. The Row is within walking distance to the Payne Center, Pete Taylor Park, Freshens, Intramural Fields, the Library, and more. The Row offers affordable living with a campus location and amenities for our Fraternal residents.
