Tegi Jenkins-Rimmer

Tegi Jenkins-Rimmer is a native of Jackson, MS. Tegi earned both her Bachelor's of Social Work and Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She currently serves as the Assistant Director for Programming. Tegi's job allows her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion to meet her love for student development and growth. She lives by her favorite scripture, "To whom much is given, much is required (Luke 12:48)." When asked what her name means, Tegi often says that it means "Beautiful Black Princess," although she has never researched the true meaning of her name.
