Reporting Discrimination or Harassment


Any student at any teaching site who believes that she or he has been unlawfully discriminated or harassed on the basis of age, gender, sexual orientation, color, race, religion, national origin, disability, or Vietnam-Era veteran status by a university employee may file a written complaint with the Office of Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity.

Any student at any teaching site who wishes to file a written complaint against another student or students for discrimination or harassment should contact the Office of the Dean of Students (601.266.6028/dos@usm.edu) and follow the University Grievance Policy.
