Students must officially withdraw from the residence hall, following the “Withdrawal from the Residence Halls” procedures found at eduprod.usm.edu/institutional-policies/policy-stua-res-049. A student will be held liable for room and board charges beyond his/her last date of attendance if he/she does not vacate university housing within 24 hours or does not cease using the institution’s dining facilities.
