    New Process to Enter iTech Work Orders

    In an effort to improve customer service and efficiency, a new iTech work order system will be implemented on Monday Feb. 29. The system offers a self-service web portal that provides visibility to your work orders as well as the ability to enter Incidents (something is not working) and service requests (new technology requested). Instructions are available here.

    Please use this new self-service portal for all of your technology needs, including but not limited to Help Desk assistance, technology purchases, telephone requests, project requests, etc.

    SOAR Downtime Feb. 25,27

    SOAR will be down for maintenance on Thursday, Feb. 25, from 8 p.m.-midnight and on Saturday, Feb. 27, from 2 a.m.-5 p.m. Users will not be able to log into SOAR during these times.

    You can go to the iTech website for an up-to-date system status. If you need to address an issue concerning any of the outages, contact the iTech Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357).

    SOARHR Downtime Scheduled for Feb. 13

    SOARHR will be down for maintenance on Saturday, Feb. 13, from  8 a.m. - noon. Users will not be able to log into SOARHR during this time, and will not be able to use items in the USM HR/Payroll Self Service Items folder in SOAR.

    You can go to the iTech website for an up-to-date system status. If you need to address an issue concerning any of the outages, contact the iTech Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357).

    University Wide Internet Outage Scheduled for Feb. 11

    The university will have an internet outage on Thursday, Feb. 11, from 6-7 a.m. Access to the internet and all services that require internet connectivity will be affected.

    SOAR will be down for maintenance on Thursday, Dec. 3, from 8 p.m. - midnight.
