Event Request Form


(UPDATED 9.21.20) The Office of Leadership and Student Involvement is excited to share more opportunities for student organizations to gather in-person on campus in limited settings and provides the following updates based on current state Executive Orders.

Indoor activities in the Union Complex can have up to 20 attendees. To request, click the Activity Request Form below.

Outdoor activities can have up to 50 attendees in certain permissible locations on campus. Organizations interested in hosting an outdoor event must email LSIFREEMississippi at least four weeks prior to the date of your proposed event to discuss feasibility and next steps.

As normal, activity requests are only available to student organizations who have completed the Organization Information Form (OIF) for the 2020-2021 academic year and completed the virtual Student Organization Orientation (SOO). If you have not done both of those yet, you are not yet permitted to host activities this semester. Groups who have not completed these steps by September 30th, will not be permitted to host any activities until the spring semester. 


Note* Forms are due by Mondays at 4pm for events the following Sunday through Saturday. Late forms are not accepted.
