University of Southern Mississippi’s Master of Science for Logistics, Trade and Transportation (MSLTT) program is an approved Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) Academic Program by the American Society of Transportation & Logistics (ASTL) Board of Examiners. The ASTL Approved Academic Program allows MSLTT graduates to receive the CTL designation with their degree. Additionally, upon receiving the CTL designation the MSLTT graduates can: gain access to a global network of industry professionals; receive electronic subscription to the Transportation Journal; enjoy one year complimentary student membership in APICS and obtain discounted registrations to major industry events such as ASTL Annual Meeting.

In addition to the Master of Science in Logistics, Trade and Transportation degree, the students in the Master Program can receive a certificate in Economic Development (if the proper courses for the certificate are taken). Students can also earn professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professionals (CSCP) from APICS.
