Bachelor of Music Education: Freshman (Tenor)

  • All major scales - 2 octaves preferred
  • A prepared selection drawn from ONE of the following sources
    1. Choose two contrasting etudes from the following books: Bordogni/Rochut Melodius Etudes, Voxman Selected Studies, Concone The Complete Solfeggi
    2. Your State’s All State Audition Music - contrasting selections preferred
    3. Choose one of the following solos: Guilmant Morceau Symphonique, Rimsky-Korsakov Concerto (Movement 1 and 2), Galliard: Sonatas (Choose any sonata and prepare 2 contrasting movements)
    4. Other selection choices must be approved by Dr. McIlwain
