Southern Miss Hill Receives Second Lieutenant Commission into U.S. Army

Stephanie A. Hill, a University of Southern Mississippi senior from Ocean Springs, Miss., received her second lieutenant commission Dec. 11 after successfully completing the university's Army Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) program. 

Hill, who graduated from the university with a degree in psychology, will report for active duty as a quartermaster at Ft. Lee, Va. in January. She is the daughter of Penny and Donald Hill.
