Mississippi Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course To Be Held at USM Gulf Park

The University of Southern Mississippi Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach will offer a Mississippi Real Estate Pre-Licensing course on Mondays and Tuesdays March 4 - April 23 from 6-10 p.m. at the Gulf Park Campus in Long Beach, Miss. 

This 60-hour course will provide students with prerequisite knowledge and tools needed to pass the Mississippi Real Estate Broker License exam and the knowledge to work with real estate and property management companies.

“To enhance each students' learning experience they will get the opportunity to be involved with, a panel of experts and guest lectures by professionals in the field, video presentation, small group discussion, case study and role playing,” said Andreas Palmer, senior program coordinator Office of Professional Development.

The course will cover topics ranging from the principles of real estate to land-use control, property development, and environmental issues.
