USM Online Special Education Degree for Teacher Assistants Ranked No. 3 in the Nation

The online special education degree for teacher assistants at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) has been recognized as the No. 3 bachelor's program in the nation by Online Schools Center. This recognition of one of the special education degree programs at Southern Miss highlights the opportunity the online degree offers current special education teachers' assistants.

Online Schools Center's recognition of USM's online Special Education degree as one of the top 20 bachelors in special education degrees, comes after an unbiased, independent review of nationwide programs.

Tickets on Sale Now for Annual DuBard School Speakeasy

It's Speakeasy time! Time to get all dolled up in your dapper threads for the 6th Annual DuBard School Speakeasy on Thursday, Oct. 4. This 1920's themed event is a “friend-raiser” for the DuBard School for Language Disorders, a United Way agency at The University of Southern Mississippi.

Employers looking for advice on starting an internship program or hoping to improve upon an existing one will have an opportunity to gain insight into both by attending a Total Internship Management Workshop set for Wednesday, Aug. 22 at The University of Southern Mississippi's Hattiesburg campus.
