Mississippi Legislators Honor USM Symphony Conductor Jay Dean

State Sen. John Polk, left, and State Rep. Missy McGee presented Dr. Jay Dean with a RESOLUTION on the occasion of his retirement as conductor of the University of Southern Mississippi Symphony Orchestra on Tuesday, April 24.
