USM Set to Hold Spring 2019 Commencement Ceremonies

The University of Southern Mississippi will celebrate its Spring 2019 Commencement beginning today and continuing through Saturday. The schedule is as follows:

Today, May 9, 2019 (Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg)

-6 p.m. ceremony – Graduate School (Doctoral, Specialists, Master's degree candidates)

Friday, May 10, 2019 (Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg)

9 a.m. ceremony– Colleges of Arts and Sciences & College of Nursing and Health Professions (Undergraduate degree candidates)

2 p.m. ceremony – Colleges of Business and Economic Development & College of Education and Human Sciences (Undergraduate degree candidates)

Saturday, May 11, 2019 (Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi)

10 a.m. ceremony – Gulf Park (All degree candidates from all Colleges)

Summer Programs Offered by Karnes Center for Gifted Studies on Hattiesburg Campus

The Frances A. Karnes Center for Gifted Studies at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in Hattiesburg will host four summer programs for children and youth, focusing on a pioneering spirit in all the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) fields.
