Savarese Named New Catering Director at Southern Miss Catering

Southern Miss Catering at The University of Southern Mississippi has announced that Ralph Savarese will serve as its new Catering Director. Savarese brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry to the position.

 

Savarese previously managed the Beach View Café retail and catering operations on the Gulf Park Campus in Long Beach for more than five years.

 

Said Savarese: “I am honored to be placed in this position where I can use my experience to help strengthen and guide our catering team to reach the highest levels of client satisfaction.”

 

In addition, Marlene Dillion has returned to her role as Catering Sales Coordinator at Southern Miss Catering. She has more than over 15 years of catering experience under her belt.

A dedicated USM e-mail account, CateringFREEMississippi, also has been established that will allow catering clients to send detailed instructions, recipes, photographs, etc. to the Southern Miss Catering team.
