Training Offered by the Office for Disability Accommodations (ODA)
ODA is willing to meet with departments to discuss disability issues and the university’s responsibilities in accommodating persons with disabilities. All Southern Miss employees (faculty and staff), including adjunct instructors and graduate assistants working in classrooms, should be aware of the disability laws and how to comply with these laws. To arrange for ODA to speak for a short time at a departmental meeting or for more information, contact ODA at 601.266.5024 (Hattiesburg) or 601.214.3232 (Gulf Coast Campuses). Disability Sensitivity and the Spirit of ADA: Providing Access and Promoting Inclusion
ODA welcomes the opportunity to speak on Disability Sensitivity, Access, and Inclusion.
