Exam Scheduling

To schedule an exam with the Office for Disability Accommodations (ODA), you must be registered with us and have Alternative Testing Accommodations.

ODA recommends that students schedule exams at least two (2) business days in advance. This is to ensure testing space and exam availability.

HATTIESBURG STUDENTS

Students can SCHEDULE EXAMS ONLINE at myODA website. INSTRUCTIONS ON SCHEDULING EXAMS ONLINE (through myODA)

Exams scheduled through myODA are to be proctored at the offices of ODA in Bond Hall room 114. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding University Holidays.

Please note, no exams may be scheduled later than 2:30 pm to ensure that students get the full use of their testing accommodations. Exams must be turned in at 5:00 pm, regardless if an exam was started late.

GULF PARK STUDENTS

Students can SCHEDULE EXAMS ONLINE through the Gulf Park Library.

Exams scheduled through the Gulf Park Library proctoring form are to be proctored at the Gulf Coast Testing Center Room in room 210 of the Gulf Park Library. The Gulf Park Library Testing Center is open by appointment Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, excluding University Holidays.

Normally, students pay for exam proctoring at the Gulf Park Library; ODA students are not billed for exam proctoring at the Gulf Park Library as long as the exam is for an USM academic course they are registered for. ODA students must be fully registered with Alternative Testing Accommodations at our office before exams can be scheduled through the Gulf Park Library. If a student schedules an exam with less than two (2) business days advance notice, then a late fee of $30 is billed to them from the Gulf Park Library Testing Center. For questions about any billed fees, please call 228.214.3459 or email proctorgulfcoast@usm.edu.
