Polymer Science & Engineering Technology Day 2018

Save the date for the Technology Day at USM’s School of Polymer Science and Engineering on Friday, March 23, 2018, following the ACS Spring National Meeting in New Orleans, March 18 -22.

The Showcase will feature research presentations by our new faculty, poster presentations by undergraduate and graduate students, tours and demonstrations of our new facilities (including SAXS-WAXS, XPS,  3-D printing lab, and processing facilities for optoelectronic polymers and polymer composites) at the School and at MPI, break-out meetings for alumni, and student interviews.  For those attending the ACS meeting we will plan an alumni get-together Tuesday evening, March 20th, and optional dinner Thursday March 22nd in Hattiesburg.

POLY and PMSE are offering several high impact sessions in New Orleans. You can view the entire symposium schedule and submit an abstract at the website below.  Abstracts are due October 16, 2017

More information about the Technology Day will be provided in the coming weeks.  If you have questions or suggestions, please contact Dana Froelich or Sarah Morgan.

We look forward to seeing you in March!
