- Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
You can expect an objective assessment of your job performance each semester. At Southern Miss, we believe in personal growth and individual recognition. Our supervisors will focus on building positive working relationships with you. The performance evaluation process gives you the opportunity for open communication with your supervisor. Your job-related strengths and areas for improvement will be defined. You will also want to discuss your ideas, suggestions and feelings about the evaluation and your supervisor's expectations.
The performance evaluation also assists us in the identification and selection of candidates for continued employment and promotion. For more information on employment with the Union and Programs Department, please contact our office at 601.266.4396.
