FERPA Violation Committee

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Violation Committee is a University Standing Committee.  The purpose of this committee is to hear formal complaints submitted to the Registrar’s Office by student who feel that the University committed a FERPA violation involving their education record.
