USM Leadership Institute

The Southern Miss Leadership Institute is a partnership between Residence Life, Greek Life, Luckyday Foundation, and Freshman Associates.  SMLI is an emerging leaders conference for USM students held on campus in the spring term.  This program is an excellent opportuntiy for young leaders to network, gain leadership skills, consider their goals and strategies, and prepare to leave Southern Miss better than they found it.
