Requests for OPDEO program refunds must follow the policy.
Reason for Policy/Purpose
This policy is required for the effective communication of university policy regarding OPDEO refunds.

All university employees.

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach and must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the start date of the program for a 100 percent refund, less a $25 processing fee. Requests received after five (5) business days prior to the start date of the program will not receive a refund. Substitutions and transfers are allowed.
The Director of the Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach is responsible for the review of this policy every four years (or whenever circumstances require immediate review).
