Policy/Procedures

Students residing in family housing must have an educational goal of obtaining a degree. If it is found that through a pattern of dropping classes, incompletes, withdrawals, etc., a resident is not progressing toward completion of a degree program, the Pine Haven management may terminate a contract. To assure that housing will be available for those students serious about achieving their educational goals, the following time limits on a residency have been established:

Bachelor’s Degree, Five Years

Master’s Degree, Two Years

Ph.D., Three Years

Review

The Director of Student Housing Administration is responsible for the review of this policy every four years (or whenever circumstances require immediate review).
