The Department of Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) offers graduate training in School Psychology, which is accredited by both the American Psychological Association

New students are normally admitted only in the fall semester. The deadline for receipt of admissions materials is January 3, for admission the following fall semester. Applications received by January 3rd will receive a full review.

The primary objective of School Psychology training at USM is to prepare behavioral scientists who can apply their skills to the solution of a broad range of problems related to the processes of schooling.
