Open Enrollment is Oct 1st - 31st

It is the once-a-year opportunity for benefit-eligible employees to make changes to your pre-tax insurance plans.

You must sign up for Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care Reimbursement each year as these programs do not automatically carry over to the new plan year. All other benefits will remain the same unless a change is made during open enrollment.  All changes will be effective January 1, 2026.  

This year all changes, with the exception of health and life insurance, will be made online at www.sabcflex.com/enrollment.  

Paper applications must be completed for health and life insurance changes.  Visit the link below for the required forms. 

If you would like to meet with a Human Resources representative for assistance, an appointment is required.  Please click here to make an appointment. (Click on Open Enrollments-Benefits) For Gulf Park employees that would like to meet in person, make sure to click on the Gulf Park option.

All changes to insurance plans must be made no later than October 31st as mandated by our insurance carriers.  Health insurance changes must be in Human Resources by Friday, October 31st at 5:00 p.m.  No exceptions

**INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ENROLLMENT:

Go to www.sabcflex.com/enrollment

  • User Login/Employee ID#: Enter your Social Security Number (no dashes)
  • Password: Enter your 6-digit date of birth in MMDDYY format
    • Example: January 21, 1976 = 012176

Step 1: Review Personal Information

  • If everything is correct, click Continue to Step 2.
  • If your address or phone number needs updating, please complete the change of address formstack.

Step 2: Review Insurance Premiums

  • If your current coverage is accurate and no changes are needed, click Continue to Step 3.
  • To enroll in dental or vision coverage, click the Enroll button next to the desired product and complete the online form.
  • To change/review your dental or vision coverage, click the Change/Review button.
  • To cancel any supplemental insurance, click Cancel Coverage and complete the form.

Step 3: Flexible Spending Election

  • If you choose to enroll in Flexible Spending, have your direct deposit information ready.
  • Click Continue to Step 4.

Step 4: Review Cafeteria Plan Summary

  • Review your Cafeteria Election and Salary Reduction Summary.
  • If correct, click Continue to Step 5.
  • If incorrect, click Back to Step 3 to make changes.

Step 5: Acknowledgement & Signature

  • Read the plan provisions.
  • Check the Acknowledgement Required box.
  • Sign by entering your Social Security Number (no dashes) in the Employee Signature box.
  • Click Continue to the Last Step.

Step 6: Save Your Confirmation

  • On the final Election and Salary Reduction Agreement Confirmation page, you can keep a record by selecting Send E-mail or Print.

Step 7: Complete Enrollment

  • Click Done to finish the enrollment process.

The Plan implemented across the board 6.5% rate increases for all coverage options. Click on the link below for the updated rates and other plan changes.

**Please complete all personal information on the enrollment forms before your appointment with the benefits teams. Regardless if you are enrolling or waiving the insurance policies, you must complete all forms. Failure to complete all personal information prior to your appointment could result in your appointment being rescheduled.
