Bio
Billy Newman has taught in the Legal Studies and Political Science programs since 1993. An attorney for over 31 years, his law practice experience includes work in commercial litigation (federal and state courts), First Amendment law, and Wills/estates. His primary area of practice was in intellectual property law (a subject he now teaches in the Legal Studies Program).
