Ms. Doris Kemp



Doris Kemp is an instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi and has been teaching for more than 24 years in the architectural and construction programs. During the 24 years at Southern Miss, she has served as Assistant to the Director of the School of Engineering Technology, Coordinator of Architecture and Construction programs, and Construction program student advisor.
She is an Associate DBIA, OSHA authorized outreach trainer for the Construction Standards, certified NCCER Safety Instructor and certified Quality Matters Reviewer.
Her passion for teaching is primarily in safety and contract documents. She developed many courses during her 24 years as an educator and developed the first online course taught in the construction program.
