Bio
Emily Bes, MPH, CHES is a Senior Lecturer and MPH Graduate Coordinator at The University of Southern Mississippi. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in public health communication, community health education, human sexuality, and stress management. Her work focuses on applied, experiential learning, workforce preparation, and student success, with an emphasis on health communication, advocacy, and community engagement. Emily holds a Master of Public Health degree and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
