Dr. Laura Gulledge

Bio
Laura Gulledge is the Associate Director and an Associate Professor in the School of Criminal Justice, Forensic Science & Security. Her research interests include intervention strategies for juvenile offenders in diversion programs, co-occurring disorders in juvenile populations, psychosocial risk factors associated with drug use and delinquency, as well as interscholastic sports safety and security. Dr. Gulledge’s research has appeared in various journals including Criminal Justice & Behavior, Deviant Behavior, Journal of Crime and Justice, Criminal Justice Policy Review, Journal of Child and Adolescent Substance Abuse, & Journal of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. For the 2018/2019 academic year, she was awarded Tenure-Track Teacher of the Year for the College of Arts and Sciences.
