Bio
I earned my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Alabama in 2018. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Management, teaching MGT 325 Operations Management courses. I conduct research on analytical models for healthcare operations. Specifically, I am interested in healthcare appointment scheduling. I also conduct research on applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in operations management.
