Bio
Dr. Fan Zhang is an assistant professor in the School of Construction and Design at the University of Southern Mississippi. She received her Ph.D. degree from the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University. Her scholarly efforts are mainly in the areas of highway work zone safety, safety training, and the pedagogy of construction management.
