Bio
Dr. Hollis received her Ph.D. in Nursing Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi in June of 2024. Her research focuses on the evaluation of the influence of the non-cognitive factors of grit, growth mindset, and self-efficacy on the academic performance of nursing students. She obtained her master's in nursing education from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2008.
