Bio

Dr. Bradley Winton is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business and Economic Development - School of Leadership. Dr. Winton completed his doctorate from the University of Dallas and has over 13 years of experience in various scientific, engineering, management, and executive leadership roles in both the oil & gas and corporate finance industries. His teaching assignments include both undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of general management, organizational behavior (OB), and leadership. His research interests include emotions, humor, trust, innovation, and the leader-follower relationship.
