Bio
Dr. Hyunmin (Kelly) Kim is a quantitative researcher and educator in health policy, economics, and administration. She received her Ph.D. in Health Systems Management and Policy from the University of Memphis School of Public Health, Memphis, Tennessee, and her M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York, Albany, New York. She currently serves as a Review Editor in the Frontiers in Public Health, Health Economics section. Her current research focuses on assessing health policies, including value-based payment programs, the Affordable Care Act, etc., and their implications for equity and healthcare disparities.
