Bio

Holly Miller is the Electronic Resources Librarian and Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her work focuses on electronic resource management, usage analysis, and data-informed assessment to support sustainable collection decision making.
Prior to USM, she served in professional and leadership roles at Florida Institute of Technology, the Marine Biological Laboratory, and Rockefeller University, where she led initiatives in scholarly communication, repository development, and electronic collections. She also teaches courses in electronic resource management and cataloging and classification.
Holly holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Bloomsburg University, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Wake Forest University, and an MLIS from Syracuse University.
