Assistant Professor


Dr. Ge studies computational epidemiology to protect public health. His current research mainly focuses on infectious disease epidemiology.

Over the past few years, Dr. Ge has been collaborating with epidemiologists and biostatisticians on multiple projects and published high-quality research in journals like 1) JAMA Internal Medicine, 2) European Heart Journal, 3) Diabetes care, 4) Emerging infectious diseases, 5) Epidemics, 6) Epidemiology & Infection, etc.

Dr. Ge also is a reviewer for journals including 1) JAMA Internal Medicine, 2) JAMA Network Open, 3) Bulletin of the World Health Organization, 4) International Journal of Epidemiology, 5) Emerging Infectious Diseases, 6) Epidemiology and Infection, etc.
