Assistant Professor

Bio

Ryo Kataoka earned his Ph.D. in Health and Kinesiology (Exercise Science emphasis) from the University of Mississippi, where he focused on applied skeletal muscle physiology in response to resistance exercise. His research also examines skeletal muscle responses and adaptations to resistance exercise with blood flow restriction (BFR).
