Bio

Dr. Jason L. Pearce, DSW, LCSW, is a Visiting Instructor in the School of Social Work at The University of Southern Mississippi. He teaches across the BSW and MSW curricula with a focus on assessment, theory, diversity, and clinical practice. Dr. Pearce holds a Doctor of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice from The University of Alabama and brings extensive military and civilian behavioral health leadership experience. He maintains a private telehealth practice and integrates evidence-based, practice-informed perspectives into his teaching.
