Local Movement Record

To comply with a direct request from the VP for Research, IDS staff are required to track all work related activity in the field during the current Travel Suspension related to COVID-19.  It is critical that our work-related movement throughout our local communities and between established University sites (Long Beach and Jackson offices) be recorded in order to provide detailed information regarding where, when, and whom we come into contact as part of the University’s efforts to help Mississippi’s public health officials contain the spread of this virus.  Until the University’s travel suspension is lifted, all IDS staff are required to provide the following information for each out-of-office work related activity.  This information will be provided directly to Dr. Cannon’s office.
