As outlined in Section 7.3 of the SACSCOC Resource Manual, administrative support service units assist in accomplishing the University's strategic goals and impact operational efficiency; it is crucial that these services are provided effectively. Administrative support services should, therefore, identify expected outcomes and demonstrate the extent to which they are achieved.
