The Jazz and Blues Festival Poster Art Competition is meant to celebrate visual art that synthesizes the ethos of the Jazz and Blues Festival as well as the Gulf Park campus. In addition, it is meant to promote the many talented artists associated with USM in various capacities including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members. There will be several category winners, a people's choice award, and one overall winner for the competition. The overall winning artwork in the 2020 competition will become the featured artwork for the 2021 Southern Miss Jazz and Blues Festival.
