MLK Jr. Prayer Breakfast and Scholarship Awards Recognition cancelled due to Covid-19 spread

Because of concerns about recent increases in cases of Covid-19 throughout the community, the 16th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast and Textbook Scholarship Awards Ceremony, originally scheduled for Monday, January 17 at The University of Southern Mississippi’s Thad Cochran Center, has been cancelled.
Plans for rescheduling this event are being considered; if rescheduled, information about a new date, time and location will be shared with the public.
