The Office of Sustainability (OoS)

The Office of Sustainability was created as the operational and programming facet of the Southern Mississippi Green Initiative. This office is comprised of the Assistant Director of Sustainability, the Sustainability Coordinator, the Recycling Operations Manager, graduate assistants, and practicum students. These individuals are charged with operations, the recycling program, and EcoEagle.

Haley McMinn, M. Ed

Haley is the Assistant Director of Sustainability for the University of Southern Mississippi.  She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of West Florida in Psychology in 2007.  She proceeded to receive her Master of Education in College Student Personnel from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008.  She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration.  In her spare time, Haley spends her time working out and spending time with her dog.

Christina Foreman

Christina is the Sustainability Coordinator for the University of Southern Mississippi.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Olaf College in 1991, and spent several years working as a wildlife biologist in various locations around the country.  More recently, she has worked in elementary education and library science.  Christina loves almost any activity which takes place outdoors, including backpacking, running, and biking along the Longleaf Trace with her husband and two children.
