NOT DISCLOSURE OR MISREPRESENTATION OF ADMISSION APPLICATION POLICY
All applicants for undergraduate admission and readmission must disclose all institutions attended when filling out the admission application.
Reason for Policy/Purpose
This policy is required for the effective communication of university policy regarding the misrepresentation or failure to disclose information on the admission application.
Who Needs to Know This Policy
All members of The University of Southern Mississippi community.
Website Address for this Policy
A student found guilty of nondisclosure or misrepresentation in filling out the admission application form, or a student who finds after admission or enrollment that he or she is ineligible for academic or any other reason to return to his or her last institution and who fails to report this immediately to the Office of Admissions will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible dismissal from the university.
Director of Admissions for Operations is responsible for the review of this policy every four years (or whenever circumstances require immediate review).
