Campus accommodations are not available for Priority Orientation on April 14-15. Students and families attending Priority Orientation must make off-campus arrangements.
Campus accommodations are available for the night of Day 1 for students and parents attending Freshman Orientation sessions in May, June and July. You must register for a Freshman Orientation session before you sign up for overnight campus housing.
Overnight Campus Housing for Students
Students participating in Freshman Orientation sessions are offered complimentary overnight campus housing, but a reservation is required as space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are housed separately from their parents with another student.
Overnight Campus Housing for Parents/Guests
Parents/guests may reserve overnight campus accommodations at a $35 single rate or a $40 double rate. Reservations are required as space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents/guests are housed separately from their students.
Fees for Overnight Campus Housing
Student housing is complimentary, and parents/guests are charged either a $35 single rate or $40 double rate. That fee is separate and in addition to the $40 orientation fee that is charged per parent/guest. Thus, one parent/guest staying overnight will be charged a total of $75 (orientation fee + campus housing fee), and two parents/guests will be charged a total of $120 (orientation fee + campus housing fee).
Overnight Campus Housing Amenities
Staying on campus during Freshman Orientation is a comfortable, convenient experience that allows families to become better acquanited with campus. All guests will be housed in either Century Park or McCarty Hall. Each room is equipped with a microfridge, private bath, two twin beds and desk. Linens (blanket, pillow, sheets, pillow case, towels and washcloths) are provided. All buildings have elevators and are ADA compliant.
