Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update - July 14, 2020
The Graduate School has extended the waiver of standardized test requirements (excluding English proficiency exams) through Fall 2021. Most applicants to Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021, and Fall 2021 may qualify for the test waiver.
Applicants to the Nursing Anesthesia DNP program are excluded from this waiver. In addition, applicants to the Secondary Teacher Education (Alternate Route) and Secondary Education and Teaching (Teach Mississippi Institute) Graduate Certificate programs will have to meet certain eligibility requirements to qualify for a waiver of the PRAXIS II requirement. (Waivers to the Secondary Education programs will not be available to applicants after Summer 2021.) Applicants to those programs should review the updated admissions requirements on the College of Education and Human Sciences website.
If your program is eligible, a waiver will be applied to your application upon submission.
