Your thesis, dissertation, or doctoral project is submitted to the Document Specialist via Aquila (see links below). Your submission should should have all content and grammar polished (including all committee revisions) and should be formatted in one of the approved USM Templates. No revisions to content or grammar will be accepted after your submission to Aquila. If you have not used a USM template, your document will be rejected.
To submit your document in Aquila, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Navigate to Aquila using one of the following links:
Step 2: Click on "My Account" in the upper left handcorner and create an account. Please use your USM email to create your account. You will get an email from Aquila to verify your account. Check your Spam/Junk box for the email.
Step 3: After creating your account, click on "Submit Research" located under the "Author's Corner" in the left-hand navigation pane.
Step 4: Fill out the submission form and click "Submit." See USM Formatting Guidelines for more information on how to complete submission form.
Step 5: After submitting, please send an email to documentspecialistFREEMississippi to confirm submission of your thesis, dissertation, or doctoral project.
